Performance optimization & increased gameplay variability

- KurisuRenderer (Vulkan backend): reduced VRAM usage, improved multi-threading and implemented QML scene graphical cache
- MisakaRenderer (OpenGL 4.5 Core backend): fixed sending texture handles to shaders
- Optimized game scripts
- Gameplay changes
- Tower upgrade points are now sell-able
- Improved trade UI: added display for town resources and summary
- Auto attack of units is now switchable
- Trade with neutral towns was nerfed. It's impossible now to get unlimited luxury in super early game
- Luxury efficacy was slightly reduced, because more ways to get luxury have been added
