Power ups are finally here!

Power ups:

• Shield - protects you from incoming damage (excluding falling death)
• Magnet - attracts nearby coins to you
• Slow Mo - slightly slows down the camera

Minor bug fixes:

• Being unable to kill flying eyes when they're attacking you
• Fix crashing on game over (when all achievements have been finished)

You can now kill mages with their own orb by deflecting it (attack it)
