Version 1.0.0

After some time off, I got back to this project and decided that the content included in the game is enough for a version 1.0.0 release.

What's new:

• Added a simple "how to play" instructional animation. Hopefully it's understandable. :P
• Implemented a smoother note animation for high frame rate devices.
• Updated the game page to include translations to all 11 supported languages (Google Translated)
• Made an official PV in English and Japanese versions!
