6/8/2021 Game Development Update
It's June, aka release month for Alice's Reverie! It's been an adventure for us these past 2 years of development (and 5 years of pre-development, my goodness). Just a few important notes about the what to expect for the release of the game this month!
This month is going to be very, very busy for us though as we slowly chip away the writing and art for the final act of the game. Because of this, unfortunately we are going to push back the early Patreon release date to June 27th instead of exactly a week earlier on the 23rd for the sake of our health. We are just a two-person dev team after all.
The game will still be available to everyone on June 30th on our itch.io page of course! That date is not getting pushed back at all since we want to release the full game during pride month.
Also, because of time constraints, there will be no opening movie in the game. We really wanted to be able to put one in and when we first planned it we thought there would be enough time, but alas. We may still use the concept and upload separately as a trailer, but we can't say for sure at this point.
