So, Rainbow Hollow was something I wanted to do for a bit. Not quite a hand drawn game, but more like.... computer semi-drawn? Drawn on a computer? Drawn in GIMP? Drawn with a computer? Also: our first puzzle game, and our first real "RPG" on Itch. We had released Army of Tentacles on Steam, but that was way too big for the likes of Itch. Maybe one day, we'll get that one on Itch.
This has the Word Battles of our first game. So there's that. It's a pretty evolved form, too, so yay for scientific concepts that are also polished game mechanics! We hope you enjoy that particular mechanic alongside the puzzles that I'm told are not too hard.
Rainbow Hollow is based on all five of Shakespeare's "Problem Plays" - so All's Well That Ends Well, Measure for Measure, Winter's Tale, Titus Andronicus, and..... it's my own friggin' game, I should know what the last one is.
Timon of Athens. There we go. Bob's your uncle.
Enjoy!
