How we make the decisions

Each of us is equal in the project. Game design decisions are discussed and decided by the designers, and programming decisions are done by the programmers. When we need to decide on something together, we decide by voting. So far, we haven't had any conflicts over decisions. There is a good atmosphere in the team, and we all agree on every decision.
