Build 220221 - revision 1

A really critical revision... not :)

• Added the arena-only commands (TARGETCOUNT and PROJCOUNT) to the non-arena builds as well in order to remove any inconvenience.
• Pressing Enter whenever the cursor is on the very end of a line no longer causes an empty line to appear.
