Redrift is now ready to play, I hope you enjoy!
RAW DEVLOG:
Made the achievements and crafting recipe UI look nicer
made starting island larger
Made a new weight-based spawning system, which seems to work properly!
Made small dark islands, which also have proper saving
the saving isnt quite right so you can cheat the system for lots of lightning crystals
removed original lightning crystal spawning
added a toughness system so lightning "crystals" need iron pick or higher to be mined
Turned crunch compression on for many inventory images. Many megabytes have been saved
Furnaces now have a smelting queue, saving not implemented
F can be pressed to add items to it
the old way of adding items still works
inventory slots now preserve aspect
halved purgatory timeout
player now hooks to dark small islands... reworked artificial inertia
removed grass and flower colliders, no more elevators!
reworked grass spawning system
Introduced tree variants
reduced apple spawning greatly
implemented furnace saving + grass regenerates on a save
added proper fuel efficiency system, medium furnaces are less fuel efficient
Added basic functionality for storage boxes. no saving yet.
expanded hotbar size to 6, to accomodate for new box functionality.
you can hold "F" to add LOTS of items to furnaces and storage boxes. Also changing some saving-related stuff
