Icons and basic formatting!

Updates made:

• Changed the installer readme to an rtf file so you can make use of basic formatting (like clickable links => example included)
• Added the option to make use of a separate desktop/start menu shortcut icon (player.ico) - the icon for the player.exe INSIDE the folder will stay the same though! (no workaround here - you have to look for programs like "resource hacker" to adapt it)
• The PGMMV.ico will now be used as default uninstall icon too in the start menu.
• The check for DirectX is disabled by default for now since almost all systems should be up to date. So the installing process should be quicker now. dxwebsetup and a small guide to activate the check again (very simple!) will stay included.
