A quick update on some changes I made recently and others I hadn't posted or uploaded.
scale0.5x.cmd has been added for shrinking a 2x upscaled file back down to the native size.
unpack-minitile-a4.cmd and unpack-minitile-a4-gms16.cmd were added to support unpacking RPG Maker's "A4" autotile format.
All of the .exe files have been renamed to .cmd files. These .cmd wrap a sort of "helper" program minitile.exe that must be kept in the same folder. As a result, I was able to reduce the size of these tools from ~38MB down to 8MB.
All of the .cmd files are editable as text if you want to make your own tools that say, scale by 1/3, or run multiple steps at once.
