IMPORTANT: I CHANGED THE NAME OF THE THEME FROM "HOUSE TAVERN" TO "BASEMENT" CAUSE THIS IS WHAT I HAD IN MIND BUT I CHOSE THE WRONG TERM

- Improved the white and grey sofas and added an L spaped tile (both left and right)
- Added a footrest (white and grey) 
- Added a new modular carpet and a flower pot (3 colors)
- Added a barstool and the tile for sitting, a counter (2 colors, atm) and a new modular stair

* Everyone who already bought the asset can get the new stuff for free
