Version 0.1 Patch1 released

A few quick fixes in this first patch.

• Fixed insta-death borders in the ghost house level that were mistakenly invisible
• Changing the Control Mapper key now works
• Removed Bowser’s shell hitbox (will add this back later after more work on it)
