Some little misc things for this build:

• You can delete plant parts by right clicking and snipping off the section you don't want
• Tooltip improvements (mostly under the hood)
• Water patches are finite
• Changed flower graphic
• Cost model has changed, things get more expensive as you build out
• You now see a preview of the plant part you're about to build
