Relic Rush Update 2.2

Changes:

• Implemented options menu to control volumes and save settings for the BGM and SFX in the game.
• Implemented shop system.
  • Can upgrade the power-ups in the game and set the upgrade values to the power-ups accordingly
• Overhaul the UIs in the game.
• Added textures to some obstacles.
