- Draw column notes on top of zig zag notes so they don't get hidden behind them so easily.

Song Editor updates:
- Draw the sample waveform while the track plays.
- Moved all slice related options to a new Slices menu.
- Added "auto slice" options which insert slices based on the waveform and the current cursor resolution.
- Fix a bug where sometimes column notes do not draw.
- Fix a bug where muting all channels persists after quitting the song, making song previews not play.
- Moved the "move notes to current channel" command to the Notes menu.  Added a shift-M shortcut.
- Fixed a bug where Pressing F3 to unpause did not work while scrubbing.
- Don't play the default note clap in beginner mode when the editor is open.
