Stuck runners fix and some other stuff
- Fixed the bug where runners could get stuck below the mountain.
- Greatly optimized the way runners check for ores.
- Added Particles toggle to the options. (This doesn't affect performance much but it does give visibility late game. This is a temporary solution though as I will be adding dynamic particle culling as well as toggles per artifact type.)
- Added Borderless Fullscreen mode.
- Various minor fixes and tweaks.
