New Version w Fixes to Special Stage, New Backgrounds

Version 2.2 contains two primary changes:

• New improved backgrounds in Training Tower Zone and Miracle Mount Zone
• Bug fix for Special Stages- diamonds should now break when ground pounding/drop attacking regardless of what direction you're facing

Also minor clarification on use of pedalcopter in tutorial (to use to go up, Hold Up and then hold A)
