Character Matrix v1.1.3: Fixes, Stability, and Modding Examples

This update should eliminate a few frustrating edge cases and clean up the backend communication.

Fixes:

• Seed-Locked Wildcard Picking: The pick_wildcards function now properly uses the prompt_seed to ensure the selection of dynamic prompt options ({option|other}) is consistent and reproducible. Regeneration with the same seed will now always produce the exact same text prompt.
• Modding Example Files Added: Included the "[Mod] [WIP] characters tables" archive as an example for community modders. This archive contains various character generation tags and attributes. Note: All tables except all_races.csv are functional and can be used as modding references. The all_races.csv table is still being fixed and should not be used yet.
