Since firearms is a demanded feature, but will require a lot to be done properly, a pistol was added to compansate for the lack fo firearms. It is a very basic implementation, which likely won't be final, but it would be nice, as an upgradable endgame weapon for now.\
Pistol and upgrades are crafting in the checkpoint area. Some components are buyable, some require to be looted from chests or PMC enemies
Now you can ask scouts for two more additional ways to deal with lust
Ailments now have different effects depending on whether you are in combat or not
Fixed problem with quests being different every time you talk to a scout.
Fixed quests not being reset on completion
