V1.201 - Quick Patch

We missed a few bugs, oops.

• Fixed a bug where Bella's hitbox doesn't update after eating blueberry cake.
• Fixed a bug where Pump Punk could pop bosses floating in the background. (You can still burst them right after defeating them, however!)
