v0.4 Update

New features:

A lot.  Too many to list out at 2AM!  Some important ones:

• Ability to enable or disable background and platform - more options to come
• Options and adjustments for reactive objects - use menu/primary button while hovering over object to open
• New reactive objects
• Better rotation and movement controls for touchpads
• Stuff I'm forgetting about!

Note: Some added features are not fully implemented - for instance, only the Wave object has presets defined.
