0.3 Release

Version 0.3 is here!

Changelog:

• Added 3 more levels for a total of 6
• Reversed portal particles so they get sucked in like the player. 
• Removed the need for starting a loop at the uppermost point. (Suggestion from DBordeleau)
• Adjusted orbit joining animation
• Changed planet locked state from grey ring to disappearance
• Added fade animations for planets and portals
