Fantastic, mind-bending puzzler. Baba Is Good.
These were some of my favorite browser games—short and sweet Metroidvanias. I can't wait to play the new additions!
Delightful tactile puzzles that really make me wish I had VR!
I always love me a creepy retro game and the basic idea is fun, but getting those last few blocks with an irregularly-shaped breakable paddle is incredibly frustrating. I'd like to see more of the story, but it's not worth tearing my hair out over the end of each level.
Cute, fun platforming adventure. I wish there was more!
Incredibly addictive precision metroidvania with a great style--it feels like a lost Zelda game (with trickier platforming and much more forgiving respawn points). I could have used a few more hints for a handful of collectables, but otherwise it was perfect. I'll definitely be going back to play the randomizer!
Really nice use of gameplay and voice acting to emphasize an interactive story. Short and sweet (well, sour).
Cute concept and fun for a game jam, but leveling all your stats to fight the final boss (and harder enemies) is extremely tedious. It would go a lot faster if you stop encountering the low-level enemies as you level up.
Not my type of game (tough puzzle game) but the aesthetic is cute.
PacMan-esque, which isn't my favorite genre. Quick diversion good for a few runs, but that's about it.
Creative and stylish puzzle game. The puzzles are the type that frustrate me after a while, but the gameplay's addictive enough that I haven't stopped yet.
Really frustrating to me. I love short roguelikes, but the enemy movement leaves no margin for error; it's a lot more frustrating when you can't get past the first level when it's tiny and packed full of enemies who can all easily kill you. I can't stay alive long enough to experiment or have fun. It might be more fun with later characters, but the beginning is so frustrating that I don't want to stick with it long enough to unlock them.
Cute little action game.
Cute, chill diversion for a minute. World needs more borbs.
Short and sweet puzzle game. The graphics are well-suited for the GameBoy (although the cracked floors could look less like boulders), and the concept is really great. I'd like to see more of this!
Gorgeous, colorful aesthetic, but the games are a little too difficult for me. I made it to the second game and can't get a handle on the mechanics to get over a D. The unlocking system is cute, though; getting a B on each game gives the password for the next one, and there's a cheat code list if you want them at once.
Simple and addictive--I love short and sweet roguelikes with not much barrier to entry. I would like a little more explanation in the instructions, though.
I am very bad at this game
Cute concept and nice soundtrack. Very short and hard to see pieces.
Really fun action game with great progression.
I've been slowly going through this book for years--it's a great history and exploration of a genre I love.
Everything Bonte Games does is highly recommended. Cute and creative puzzle game.
Fun JRPG with tons of care and detail put into it. A little heavy on the 2000s internet humor, but the rest makes up for it. The sequel is even better.
Fantastic game that uses its format to great effect. The art and characters are lovely.
Absolutely fantastic JRPG that follows in the steps of Earthbound. Warning for creepy body horror and what the title makes you think of.
Another wonderfully creepy Rusty Lake game--highly recommend this and the rest of the series.
Not much to this; touches on serious subjects but doesn't say anything about them.
Cute short exploration game, but the repeated dialogue is annoying.
