Apparently back in Feburary I wrote that "between this and Like Roots In The Soil, Space Backyard might be making the best games about the concept of plants," and that made me laugh but also is still true.

When I opened this itch page again, I got weirdly nostalgic for a game I played for maybe 10 minutes back in February. I think it's because it feels like such a distinct place, an abandoned lot in the rain where you stay and listen to a few tracks just because you want to sit in the atmosphere. Also because it's good.

I'm sort of in shock that I played this game in January while riddled with medical feels and more in shock that I wrote about it and it's vaguely coherent but the game: it is good.
