Games I recommend, most of which I've played extensively, with a couple exceptions. Softly ranked from best to least best (All these games are amazing in their own right. This is [in my opinion] the cream of the crop).
The first rating in each blurb indicates the gameplay to visual novel balance. The left value represents gameplay focus, the right visual novel focus, the two numbers totaling to 10. (i.e. 6/4 would say that the game is slightly more gameplay focused than visual novel focused. 10/0 would be no visual novel aspects and 5/5 would be relatively equal.)
I have a bias towards gameplay focused games, and you'll see a significant lack of strictly visual novels on this list.

Love Hotel Management Sim/Dating Sim

In my opinion, this game truly shines over the rest. It may not be for everyone, but it's undoubtedly a high quality game. It's also pretty vanilla compared to many other porn games, including the ones on this list. I can't recommend this game enough. If you like porn games, you should at least give this one a shot.

This game feels more like a game than any other game on this list. The gameplay is fun and well polished, and potentially quite hard if you aren't used to platformers. The porn is great too, but it's incomplete at the moment. It has, however, been consistently updated since release, and I personally believe as the game gets closer to completion, this will eventually take the top spot on this list.

Notes: The premise of this game is a world where elves are slaves. You will own an elf slave, but you don't have to be a bad guy (you can choose to be one though).
The gameplay is essentially limited to branching paths and relationship points. I don't typically like visual novels too much, but I love this game. Development has been a bit slow as of late due to events in the personal life of the dev, but he's been slowly getting back to work and the next update's beta has been released to patrons.

This game won't have the same info as the others. I haven't played enough of it to properly analyze it.
I am however confident in it being a superb porn game that's earned a high position on this list!
From my understanding it has lots of furry content, but it may be mostly avoidable? It's also got (completely optional) lesbian and gay content. I'll probably go back and give it a solid play through someday, but for now I just keep up with it's development.

If I'm being honest, I haven't really dived too deep into the game. When I play, I honestly skip a lot of reading, cause I am really not that into Visual Novels. HOWEVER, the amount of content is impressive, and the game itself is very impressive. I think it's a well developed game, so I'd feel wrong not including it on this list. Just make sure you're up for the creepy/spoopy ride, cause it's a hell of a ride.
