It's Suika Game, but with tiddies. Good substitute if you don't feel like buying it on Switch. :)
Good game with a fun core, but definitely in need of polish and save system. Also, check out Swogrider's work on overflowingbra.com, they've wrote some AWESOME stories.
I'm no furry, but this was an amusing incremental game, nonetheless. It's text-based because the author didn't like how other incremental games limit themselves based on graphical representations. The gameplay loop can get a bit tedious, but the writing got a few chuckles out of me and kept me going, especially when shenanigans in space got involved.
