As someone who came into this never having played the original, I can't say for accuracy, but I can say for quality. This is a fantastic conversion of the complex systems of a souls-like into the limitations of the PS1. Featuring beautifully dark environments, atmospheric music, and a labyrinthian gothic town, it truly enthralled me and made me desperate for more. Luckily, there's a whole other game; if only I could find a cheap copy of Bloodborne on PS4.
Played this on PC to 100% completion and managed to snag it on here during the last sale. The is thoroughly relaxing with a soft cartoony art-style and chill ambient soundtrack. I HIGHLY recommend this for it's simple, yet clever, level design and open structure. The game is very much an "at your own pace" ordeal with lots of fun little interactions with various npcs and some vehicles to shake up the game-play.
Simple and addictively fun pickup-and-play masterpiece. Played this on my phone and got to 100% completion after MANY hours of practice, and good old-fashioned trial-and-error.
Short but suspenseful. Think Silent Hill with Animal Crossing characters. Only problem is I wish there was MORE!
The game that nobody asked for but that everyone wants. Although the battle mode is a bit of an unbalanced mess, this is a genuinely fun and decent competitor to the mainstream kart-racers out there.
Ruined Bach's "Well Tempered Clavier" for me.
As if Rampage wasn't furry enough.
Surprisingly functional alternate take on the classic formula.
Loved the original Game-Jam version; this is just more of the same. That being said, more of the same for micro-games is something that multiplies upon itself. Absolutely love the darker take on Warioware.
Ninja go nyoom, bad guy go byoom.
See my name on the list, Right?
Everything checks out, Let me inside.
Gonna make a little call, Why?
There's nobody-
THAT'S NOT MY REVIEW
Tries too hard but is absolutely covered in creativity. Feels like the kind of thing you'd find on the internet in 2005, which is when it came out.
