Well, technically, I got only one ending (4/4), but I don't think I'm gonna play the others, because I went through some of the other choices and they don't contain as much romance as the ones I picked at the end. Basically, I believe I picked the choices with most romance and the best end.
The game is really well-written, but it sort of leaves you feeling like it's not enough. Like, the scenes between the MC and LI are really nice, but the most of their relationship development is narrated. Like, we are told that they spent time together and that MC is falling in love, but we don't see the interactions between them. We are told that LI's life is changed by the presence of MC, but we don't know why exactly. LI falls in love with MC, but we still don't know why.
However, those few scenes between LI and MC that we do get to read are simply perfect. When they meet, when LI avoids MC, when LI asks MC to dry him, when LI is protective of MC...
So, in that sense, it was very artistic and well-written, but at the same time the romance felt a little forced and lacking. And I'm keeping in mind that it's a short game. And it's a very good game, I just wish we could've seen more how their relationship developed, as well as more of LI's personality.
It was fun! Really well-written and engaging. It's a yandere story though, not something I normally go for, but I enjoyed playing it.
It's a short game, but I think the length is alright for the experience. I do wish there was more romance going on between Ciel and MC before Ciel showed his true colors.
I'm looking forward to more VNs by this dev!
I liked it, but unfortunately, it seems like dev isn't going to continue the game. It's such a pity, but oh well. Nothing can be done about that.
So far, I played only one route (Titan's), but I will play others too. I am interested in playing all routes.
I am used to Y Press Games having a good story ideas that are expressed a bit poorly. However, I still played every one of their games, as the smut was plenty for me, though I did wish it was more detailed and more nicely described.
That being said, ManServant was such a pleasant surprise. The story is short, but it's good and I'd say it's nicely executed for the game of this length. I was satisfied with how everything went.
The must focuses on BDSM, which is not my cup of tea, but I kinda liked it in this game, as it was quite passionate and there seemed to be a lot of affection and love in everything that Titan did. I'm not sure if the others will be the same, but, I'll see how it goes.
All in all, I was pleasantly surprised and I like ManServant a lot!
Update: I played Titan's, Marius' and their polyamorous route, and now I feel sad that the story isn't longer. Titan is my favorite, but Marius was surprisingly sweet too.
Very short little game, but it was good.
