The sequel/reboot Reset Day is much better than this, but it's not as good of a fit for this list. If you hadn't already played Transubstantiation Synthesis, the TF elements in Reset Day would be fairly hard to spot. Dronification is the focus of both.
If you do play this one, definitely use Cheat Engine to speed it up. The walking speed is glacial.

A dronification clicker game with obvious similarities to Universal Paperclips. Important note: This game has a built-in autoclicker. Hover over a button and hold the enter key on your keyboard. The game is very slow without it.

Another entry into the TF generator genre! This one is focused on anthro TF/TG, and has the unique feature of calculating stuff like height gained/lost across multiple TFs, rather than starting fresh every time a TF is generated.
