This is a very niche title. It leans heavy on the mother-son incest fetish,, so how much you're open to that is the biggest factor here, and the "cum measuring" is just the plot device to enable the sexual interactions. The Story is okay, doesn't seem too weird but it's not the most natural or well written either.
The scenes are pretty varied for a game that is set only on their house and only has two main characters, and the animations are really high quality, with pretty solid physics simulations, which is really rare. However, the lack of expression on the characters makes the scenes where their faces appear or are supposed to be the focus kinda hollow.
It's not that long for a 4.0 version, but it has a good amount of scenes. So if the premise and art interests you, give it a shot.

A finished game, on itch? That's new. Jokes aside, this is one of the first 3d visual novels that became popular here, but it's age is kinda of it's downfall, since compared to newer ones, it's kinda clunky and awkward.
The characters are nice, but some more than others, their expressions feel kinda dated. There are a lots of scenes, but none are animated and they feel very samey, little to not foreplay, very fast and not a lot of mood buildup, and some fetished seem very bluntly incoporated and out of nowhere.
If you wanna see people fuck and be kinky, it's worth considering, but the writing and plot are not that great (Boils down to "every man is a loser except me look at my big dick")

I guess I'm on a peculiar game streak. 
I couldn't on right mind give this a 3★, but I think it's more niche than I'd like a 4★ to be
Out of touch is really, REALLY way more serious than any screenshots would lead you to believe, besides a sex scene on the prologue, the next one is 12 chapters deep (and it's a dream), so there's a LOT of character interactions and exposition in between those.
It deals with some heavy themes, I.E abuse, rape, etc. But, when they are dealt with ( though not the deepest of all stories) it's at least sensible. That is, until a png of chan thundercock proclaims your destiny from the clouds, which is an example of the weird emotional whiplash that happens pretty frequently. It feels weird going back to serious topics after those scenes, and (opinion incoming) I believe it would be easier to empathize with the characters if they were toned down to more "normal" and grounded comic relief, though that gets better the more deep into the story you get.
That aside, the sex scenes, when they happen, are really well made,I'd even say one of the best animation and composition wise, among koikatsu visual novels. But I'll be honest, I was kind of jumpscared by the sudden combat mechanics.
It's worth trying to see if the storytelling is your style. And be prepared, the story only gets more unhinged the more you play, but if you liked to start, I'd wager you'll continue to.

The best word to explain this game is exaggeration. The theme is exaggerated, the characters, the proportions, the interactions, the dialogue, the animations, the character's libido, expressions, you get it. It's consistently over the top, which some people will definitely like, but that means it aways threads the line between absurd and plain cringe. And it does cross it both ways, many times. The art is very well made, along with the renders, so if you really like the exaggerated aesthetic( And are really into futanari) this will easily be upgraded to a 4/5★ to you!

A very compelling story, with a staggering variation of interactions with each girl you can romance, three types of relationship routes for EACH (Romance, Submission, and Slave), with amazing writing and characterization, fun and not cringeworthy dialogue, great graphics, and a comprehensive system of replays and hints, so you can either go with the flow and have a playthrough shaped organically to your choices, or go for specific routes and interactions. All that with easter eggs and secret pictures scattered through the scenes.
The best praise I can give it is that I was so concentrated on the story, that even with the sound warning (basically cheating) activated, I missed some of the easter eggs because of how interested I was on what was happening. It's a great story WITH a lot of high quality horny, not just because of it, and not in spite of it.
Only bad part is there's not more of it, time to wait in limbo for the next update, which I'll do gladly

At this time pretty short, linear, and simple visual novel. Not much freedom or choice, aside from which of two girls to pursue. The art good, but depends on your taste, and the gameplay is trial and error. The plot also seems a bit rushed and not very fleshed out, but it's not that bad. 
The game is a still a bit rough, but since it's in early development all that can change, worth keeping an eye out if you think it's interesting, like the art, or like kill la kill!

Once again a Koikatsu-base Visual novel in development.
The plot is decently interesting, using dimensional travel to introduce different monster and animal girls, though it's still underutilized, since the girls only have animal ears or horns differing them from normal humans, so I hope it's expanded upon in the future.
The UI is VERY big and wide for a pc game, so it looks way better on mobile, but it grows on you. But it lacks some of the quality of life of renply.
The writing is very casual, but not cringe (mostly),so it's a good reading, and that's actually not that common. As for the art, the models are good (although the mc's dick is not consistent, which is weird), but the sex scenes are very abrupt, with not much foreplay if at all, and kinda quick. Plus the gallery scenes get a lot of dialog sometimes, so they're a bit of a pain to rewatch.
At the end, it's still worth a try, but it still has a lot of rough edges, but I'm sure they'll get better, the game seems promising.

It's a pretty good visual novel, with great art and animations, real choice (even if it doesn't affect the plot as a whole, at least it affects relationships in a major way), and asides from very jarring examples, the UI stands out in the sea of bad design that VN's usually are.
The thing that doesn't let me recommend this to eveyone is the poor writing, both from itself and the poor english translation, many interactions tend to get very tone deaf, unecessarily formal, or straight up cringeworthy. On top of that, the protagonist is consistently a little shit, either by abusing people and passing it off as not a big deal, or acting like an incel, all these are ignored by other characters and/or passed off as normal (an believe me, I've played some fucked up shit, but at least it owned up to beign fucked up).
Anyways, if you care about not hating the playable character or believable social interaction, maybe sit this one out. Otherwise, jump in, the character are hot, there's lot of content (For an unfinished game), and the smut is great!

Solid, if not a bit too linear, the art stands out as being consistently amazing, from backgrounds, to characters, to sex scenes, all that with a very original artstyle that makes it distinct from others.
The Story and writing too is a strong point, as there's lot of plots and subplots, and the chartacters are very well written, being interesting and their own person instead of generic hot girl X.
Be aware that even after buying the early access to new versions, the DLCs are a separate purchase sadly, but still very worth it if you like the base game.

It's very early in development (There's more content on 0.0.3 that many games on 0.3, so don't be scared by the version number), and if it is consistent on this quality, it's bound to be one of the best!

Ok so. Is futa your thing? Do you look at the images as think "I might like it", then you probably will.
Tales of Androgyny is a proper game, you explore tiles in the map, and every tile has an encounter (or towns, with many options to interact). You can play each encounter however you'd like, the combat is really deep and uses stances. But, you can also play as I did and literally surrender all combats (minus some specific ones) and pay with your ass, and it's a good trade since thats how you unlock most of the scenes, at least the sub ones :3 there is way too many scenes to count, and I think the devs made a good call on the balance of characters/scenes.

It's overral very good! but you have to save constantly since it's very unforgiving, and game over sometimes come out of nowhere, but since you can save anywhere in the overword, you can just load it and change your choices, though it's kinda repetitive if you get into a dying loop.

I'll start off saying this game's only fault is not being complete, because this is ABSOLUTELY my new favorite, even still not having too much content.
The animation is perfect, the girl is perfect, her expressions, poses, the voice acting, the few interactions feel natural, cute, and the best kind of embarassed kinky, the sex scenes are incredible and feel real, and hot. You can pose her, angle the camera, hide and customize even the player character, his cock, etc, there's an incredible amount of toggles. But the BEST part for me is playing dress up with the absurd amount of different, cute, and sexy clothes, i've literally spent 2 hours just testing every piece of clothing, and since she is so cute, and her body is literally #goals for me (I know it's cringe deal with it), every outfit fits her, I love it so much. Devs, I owe you a BJ <3

New Eden is almost a great game, but some things really stand out. The main thing is that everything seems forced, the characters have weird conversations and the difficulty of getting to nsfw scenes varies way to wildly, wich really doesnt let you build expectation, since you either won't have time, or it takes too long, and lastly, the models are a little uncanny sometimes, expecially secondary characters. 
However, there's clearly effort put into it, the elf's expressions are really convincing sometimes, and with better writing the relationship with her can be really interesting, but right now, play it if you're curious, but don't expect too much.

If you look at the cover and see a possible waifu, then it's almost certain you will like this. otherwise, skip it. The story is just an excuse and kinda forced, but the interactions and progression are really cute, so the characters grow on you.
The art is amazing, especially their expressions, and the sudden pivot to 3d is a bit jarring, but also looks good, just leaves a weird contrast.

A good story (rarity on nsfw visual novels) paired with great models and animation, there's a lack of facial animations on the sex scenes but even with that they're top tier. The characters are varied and have different personalities (and tend to stick to them).
It's not much of a game since it's very linear, but it's a great story that makes the porn not feel so forced into the narrative, while managing to make the harem kinda beliavable, it's aways impressive when visual novels pull off incest without it being extremely cringe, even for someone who isn't specially into it.
