This is not another fantasy game about “killing monsters”.
This is a game about heroes and villains, it's true, but these heroes don't kill. Or at least they don't if they want to remain heroes.
Come and try to make a fantasy world a better place!

The Adversary is an additional playbook for the Thirsty Sword Lesbians roleplaying game by April Kit Walsh and published by Evil Hat Productions - you will need a copy of Thirsty Sword Lesbians in order to use this playbook.
The Swindler is a Thirsty Sword Lesbians fan playbook, 100% Satisfaction guaranteed (No refunds) where you play as a conperson with a heart of gold trying to make their dream come true.
This playbook takes inspiration from the brooding, silent sword-for-hire archetype and the throw-caution-to-the-wind fighter archetype. But it intentionally adds in moments that break the silence and offset the conflict, so allies and adversaries alike can feel the angst from your character’s troubled past and see their yearning for the chance to be vulnerable and be close to someone again. It also leaves room for building new relationships, with moves like Test of Mettle and A Life You Once Loved.

You play as someone out of place in whatever world/setting your game takes place in. Perhaps you are an out of place time-traveler, or perhaps you crossed over from a different reality, or maybe you just died and woke up here. Whatever the case is you central conflict comes from your desire to return to you normal life being pitted against the excitement of this new world you find yourself in.
Apocalypse World: Burned Over is a pretty deep redesign of Apocalypse World, suitable for play across wider age groups and more general audiences. No sex moves, a more reigned-in take on violence, less adult horror in the grotesquerie. In many ways, if we were to create Apocalypse World today, Burned Over is the game we’d create.
Nasty Brutish and Long is a fantasy RPG about drama, revolution, and class war. It is a game about beliefs, wealth, and relationships. It lets you hit the ground running with a player created setting and starting scenario that gives you a rich and detailed world and compelling characters in the midst of immediate and irrevocable change. Dungeon Bitches is a game wherein disaster-lesbians get Fucked Up in dungeons. CW: this game contains gore, nudity, sexuality, trauma, and mentions of abuse and assault.
Available in Hardcover Print on DTRPG!
In Dungeon Bitches, the world is harsh and cold. “Polite” society has left you with no place, so you’ve struck out to find one of your own. Out into the dark cracks and forgotten margins. It’s not an easy life, but at least it won’t be a lonely one. Dungeon Bitches is a game about queer women banding together. It’s about trauma. It’s about community. It’s about pain. It’s about survival. But most of all, it’s very gay.
This is TINOLI ME TANGERE!, a game about social climbing for tinolang manok in the 1800s. It's a little different from FIREBRANDS, the game that this is a hack of. The objective is to creative a hilarious, bombastic period piece about a bunch of scrappy, ambitious social climbers fighting over who gets to sit at the table of a woman with means, and the people - some kind-hearted, others snobbish - who seek to block them. Lean into the telenovena vibes, with its melodrama and its sheer over-the-topness. Squabble. bicker, simper, upstage each other, hate each other as passionately as you love each other. You want that chicken breast, and by hook or by crook, you intend to get it.
Court Of The Lich Queen is a GMless roleplaying game for 4-6 players. You take on the role of Representatives to the Court of The Lich Queen, working together to complete Rituals that will save the world, trying to hold back the disasters befalling your Realms.
Arkadia is a Forged in the Dark game about faith, magic, gods, and demigod scoundrels in a city of art and crime.
Featuring:
Thirsty Space Necromancers is a Thirsty Sword Lesbians supplement based on The Locked Tomb books by Tamsyn Muir. It's Gideon the Ninth as a Powered by the Apocalypse RPG. This is a fan game, and none of the concepts from any of those books belong to me.
You play as Necromancers and Cavaliers in a space-faring culture. Paired and trained to fight together, you will solve mysteries and fight ghosts, and probably other necromancers, as you explore new planets.
The Leader is a playbook for Masks: A New Generation by Brenden Conway.
I first started writing this playbook when I watched Young Justice for the first time and felt like there wasn't a good playbook for Aqualad. Then some extremely busy years happened and now we're here! I got stymied by layout so this is just the raw text and wonderful art by ActuallySwiper (Instagram & Twitter) of a sample character named Brainstorm. Maybe I'll get around to finishing it one day!
Spirit Chasers is both a new crew type and a mechanical hack of Blades in the Dark about making death more personal in the city of Doskvol.
It changes some rules from the base game to accommodate the specific sort of score that such scoundrels embark on. It is designed for one shots or short campaigns of 3-6 scores in total (though perhaps the crew will graduate to another crew type for additional seasons).
Unity Day is a one page score, quick start, starting situation, and/or one-shot scenario for Blades in the Dark meant to get the PCs right into the action.
I first wrote this essay as a thesis for my Blades downtime hack / supplement, Doskvol Breathes. This pdf is a slightly edited and expanded version of that essay, written for the Lessons from the Dark jam.
This is a supplement, expansion, or hack of John Harper's Blades in the Dark, though it technically does not require Blades in the Dark to be played. It is meant to pry downtime open a little more, and to encourage quiet, intimate, reflective moments with characters, both PC and NPC alike.
This is a 5-page Apocalypse World hack for playing Destiny as a tabletop RPG, created primarily so I could learn Affinity Publisher. It's free and in compliance with Bungie's policies regarding use of art, names, and symbols from the game.
