Stuck after beating Robotnik Land :(

It took me a very long time to beat Robotnik Land, had to leave the computer turned on for more than a day and when I came back there was no music. I still managed to beat Robotnik with Luigi and barely made it... and it won't go over the victory screen. The plane is still bouncing, frames go from 60 to 57. I will leave like this for some time, there is anything I can do? Level was a nightmare to complete for me and I hope that I don't need to start from the beginning.

I've been trying to installing the new version of the game (V0.92) using AukZip and there's multiple errors like these:

I mean the sounds and the game itself seems to work fine, the only thing that it doesn't it's the music, I followed well the instructions by extracting the music folder and put it into the MKFusion_V092_Game folder but I think I didn't do it well. What should I do?

How do I get this working on my Steam Deck? Error says it can't find the audio files.

I managed to install the game using Lutris, and it boots up, but I keep getting error messages stating that it can't find various sound files. I can't even play muted because it keeps popping up error messages stating that it can't find various files. How can I fix this?

This is an addendum to a post i made in 2024.

When i played MKF i encountered a problem pertaining to my controller not working. The problem was, that it read keyboard inputs from my controller.

I've found the answer, and it's Steam's fault; or more specifically its Desktop Layouts in the Controller tab of the Steam Settings. Steam did not recognize any game being played, so it defaulted to using the Desktop Layouts of the controller; turning it off fixed the issue i had.

I'm posting a solution here, incase someone comes asking about the same problem.

Hello,
I've been playing the game and its awesome!

I'm at the world 5 - Lab of the fusionist and the bug is more than just the music not working. If I go to the last check point and die to the boss, then the check point does not work. It enter the stage and the character does not appear.

Another bug is in the World 6 - Treasure trove cove. The Banjo Kazooie stage. The letters for the puzzle of one of the jigsaws does not appear. I cant pass the stage.

Help with no music found

So i have reach World 5.

In Lab of the Fusionist when i go to the boss i got this error message. But when i search in explorer nothing wrong in my file.

Any help? I use the lastest version (MKF V0.91)

[v0.875_REV_B] Controller problems

I was just playing this today and the controller worked great, but now when i played a bit later suddenly it started glitching out. The controller i'm using is a Nacon Wired Compact Controller which still works fine.

The (X) button, which is bound to the Jump-action is also suddenly reading the Pause-action

The (Square) button, which is bound to the Run-action is also suddenly reading the Reserve-action

and the (Pause) button goes to the Quit_Game-menu as opposed to the Pause-menu.

When i tested rebinding, i noticed that the controller seemed to read the keyboard actions. I tried unplugging my keyboard, but it seems like the game reads the actions anyway, without the keyboard. I don't know how to fix this, other than maybe starting a new file or just using the keyboard only, but either way i'll post this as a Bug Report.

I've seen this happen in multiple places– from Tetropolis to the flying beetle things in Frozen Flight– and more that I can't remember. Sometimes while standing on one of these moving platforms, Suit Link can't jump. So far I think I've only seen this happen in the deku scrub suit form. It's caused me so many deaths that I've had to start using the cheat menu to give me beat whistles at these parts.

Sorry if these should actually be separate posts but i thought this would be better than spamming new topics

Stage: Midoro Palace
Character: Link (wearing his Classic outfit, though I'm not sure if this affects any others.)
Link reacts to the Wosus and breakable blocks as if he is always attacking (Wosus die / blocks break on contact instead of by being hit, by blocks I mean the solid ones and not the collapsing bridge blocks)

Stage: Desert Hill (W7 Exit Boss)
Character: Link
Link can't hurt the Eggmobile with his sword down thrust. Since Stomp Boots don't show up, unless he has a costume with projectiles he's completely stuck and you have to restart.

Stage: Ceres Spaceship SOS
Character: Any
Checkpoint rooms start you in the ground after restarting. Also, in the segment where you need to bomb the floor, the ladder blocks the grenades, meaning it's luck whether you can hit them or not.

Stage: Green Grove Zone
Character: Tails (though this could potentially affect anyone)
After breaking the 2 1-Up monitors, the collision remains, so you can still stand in the air. Haven't personally found this with any of the other monitors in the level though.

Stage: Moon Fortress
Character: Link (in his Zero outfit, though anyone with a charge shot might be able to do this)
Spamming Star Man with charged shots seems to stop him doing anything. I was able to get him down 1/4 health before he actually moved.

Stage: Battle for Dirt Hill
Character: Any
The huge amounts of Prodder Worms in the last room (after landing) can potentially softlock you by gathering around you - I had two each side of me and was completely stuck in perpetual prodding.

Stage: Barren Badlands (W9 exit area)
Character: Any (I was playing as Mario)
During the last room (the Zerg rush) during the final part where 3 walk slowly towards you, unless you character has projectiles (to destroy one) or enough HP or a powerup (to walk through one) you can't escape and lose a life. Not sure if an event failed to load or something but this happened every time - by the end of the segment I'd be Small Mario and would have no way of dodging or escaping.

[v0.81] Pipe connection issue

I used a warp pipe in Isle of Genesis that leads to Adventurer's Domain, but the pipe in Adventurer's Domain leads to Mushroom Kingdom instead of back to Isle of Genesis, so I was stuck there and had to use debug to get myself back to where I was.
