Recently made a switch to MacOS and I just noticed that the Timefactor (Mono) algorithm is no longer available? Same problem both using VST3 and AU.

Can't open saved file, Bricked Projects, I want a refund.

Nimble Drums has completely corrupted my save file. I use Cakewalk Sonar by Bandlab, and I had to fall back to Sonar X3, yes that old, where it wouldn't recognize the new VST format so I could remove Nimble Drums from the project and resave it just to recover the hours of work I put in.
So far, Nimble Drums has done nothing for me or my music. It is never in sync with the rest of the song and will continue to go out of sync and it even now bricks my project. I want my money back. I been using a sampler for years to resample my kicks from my TR-909 and wanted something quicker, simpler, and easier and well, this hasn't been any of that.

Drums are out of sync.

In a 16 note pattern where a kick is 4 to the floor and a bass synth is playing on ever &. 1, &, 2, &, 3, & 4. or
1 (kick) 2, 3(Bass), 4 : 5(kick), 6, 7 (bass), 8 : 9 (Kick), 10, 11 (bass) 12 : 13 (Kick), 14, 15 (bass), 16.
Yeah the kick and the bass are slapped right ontop of each other and in order to have the bass play on every down beat I must offset the kicks to the right by a whole 8th note. Seriously what the hay. Even when I try to change the "loop" start and end times, it doesn't do anything, like nothing at all. Can I not use midi to sync Nible Drums or is the only way to get any use out of this is to try to use midi to make a pattern, record it out, and just use the recorded out audio to resync everything which is a lot of work given all my other instruments, hardware and VST, work flawlessly.

Problem with Pitching (Activation?)

I have a problem: I downloaded Nimble Kick V1.2.3 for macOS and installed it as described in the Readme.txt file. Afterwards, I refreshed my plugins in FL Studio so that Nimble Kick could be loaded and found. So far, the plugin opens without any issues.

However, my problem is that I have no option to enter my key.

When I load a kick sample, it only plays on the root note and cannot be pitched via the Piano Roll. The root note is played completely, but when using pitched notes in the Piano Roll, only the beginning (TOK/Punch) can be heard. In the visualization at the top, you can see a red line at the bottom in the “Tail” section that does not change or go away!

I urgently need help to get everything working again.

All sound files are grayed out when trying to load a new sample. I can load up an already existing project that I did with an older version of NimbleKick. I can also change them by using the <> buttons. But as soon as I unload it I cannot load any sample. I can also drag/drop samples into the window so I could still use it. Still I would like it to work like before. I tried with my whole sample database. Wav & Mp3. I use Logic 10.6.3 on an macOS 10.15.7.

I've tried to install Nimble Kick on FL Studio 21 on my Macbook pro, when scanning for new plugins it finds nimble kick & installs it but whenever I try finding it when actually using FL studio it does not show up between my other plugins. Help me out

Hey @codecat,

Unfortunately, Nimble does not load the samples used. Every time I open projects in Ableton, the original sample is missing in Nimble. Which is very annoying. Could you please fix that in the next update?

Hi, I have a problem with Nimble kick on Ableton. Whenever I record a kick in Ableton and try to drag & drop it on Nimble, it doesn't load up. The name of the recorded audio appears in vst but the audio doesn't upload into the vst. When I try to manually load from recorded audio file location, it says that file is in use and Nimble can't load it. But if I save the project, close Aleton and reopen Nimble in the same project, the same sample then loads up fine. So it happens just with recently recorded samples.

I run 1.2.1 version of Nimble.

Hi Guys, unfortunately Nimble has stopped to work on my MacBook Pro running Sierra 10.12.6 on Logic Pro X.

Nimble Kick does not open anymore!

Hi,

Nimble kick worked for a long time on my macbook, now it won't open anymore in cubase 11.

It is visible in cubase in the vst manager, but when i add it to a channel track i cannot open the plugin.

I did put it new again in the VST folder also.

Hi,

Just bought this plugin and it seems awesome!

I think I'm having an issue (or I'm just not using it correctly): after loading a sample, I can press the D and A buttons (probably more but haven't tried them all yet) to hear the kick. Whenever I drag the punch/tail separator and/or twist knobs, nothing is played anymore when pressing any button. I have to switch to the settings tab within the plugin and back to get the sound back when pressing keys

I'm on windows 10.

Any idea?

Hi Guys.

I installed Nimble kick, and input my license key. The Nimble kick opens fine and I can load a sample, but it doesn't work after that.

It doesn't want to play the sample in my piano roll. So basically no audio/midi output from Nimble kick.

So, I'm on Live 11 and Ableton can't seem to find nimble kick (VST3, Custom folder where I have other VST which Ableton DOES recognize)

Any way to fix this? can't put in in the standard library folder because apple keeps locking permission to open the library folder -.- (MacOS Mojave)

I am on a MacBook Pro. I downloaded nimble kick after purchase moved from download to vst folder and the component to the component folder rescaned have all folders on , came up in AU but when I load it a error message saying apple can't be opened because apple cannot check it for malicious software. This software needs to be updated contact the developer for more info. But I downloaded the newest version, any help with install did I do something wrong?

Hi, i just bought the nimble kick sampler and when i installed it, i did not get to choose where i would like to install the files, i only got to choose 32, 64 bit or both and then it installed and closed. Still i can't find anything on my computer showing that it had installed on it. I have tried putting the files in my VST folder back and forth but nothing works. The files are not in .dll but are opened in adobe acrobat. I am using ableton and windows and would like get more information on what i can do to install it?

Since updating my mac to Catalina 10.15, I get this message...

"Nimble Kick.component" could not be opened because Apple could not check the file for malicious software.

What can I do, im so bad with computers so I have to reach out to you..

I got the feeling Nimble kick slow Ableton down allot, I cant add the crash report here for some reason?!

Nimble kick vs FL Studio piano roll on OSX

Hi,

i have some problems with nimble kick and the piano roll.
I'm playing some notes in the piano roll but nimble kick doenst seem to process them.
However it does respond when i'm adding steps to the channel rack sequencer.
It happens both with the AU and the VST3 version.

Do you have any ideas why this is happening?

I just bought Nimble Kick and thought it was a good idea to change the UI scale to 2.0. Now the plugin is large, but the window didn't scale with it. Now I can't see my plugin anymore and I can't change the UI scale.

We just bought Nimble Kick voor Mac OSX and we tried to install it, but it doesn't work. Logic says 'it couldn't be opened'.

When we try to validate the plugin, the log says the following:

Is there any way to make this plugin work on version 10.2.0? We would rather not update our Logic to a newer version because that would give problems to our existing project files.

Version 1.0.1. doesn't work in Ableton Live after changing UI Scale

So i downloaded the new Version of Nimble Kicks. After installing i tried the UI scale function (didn't try it in Version 1.0.0.). I manually typed in the value 2.0 and after closing the plugin and re-opening it it now just shows a small black window which when i move around almost fully disapears. I uninstalled and re-installed a few times but that doesn't solve the issue. I have the legit Version 10.1.1 of Ableton Live.

Windows installer does not allow you to select install location

I noticed that there is no option to select where the application is installed when using thhe Windows installer version. When searching after installation I was unable to find the default installation location and windows uninstaller did not find where it was installed. It did not appear when I scanned for new plug ins with FL Studio 20.

I was able to put the "non setup"" version into my VST folder and it works just fine, but I have no way to find where the installer version got installed.

I would recommend adding the ability to select installation location as that is a pretty standard option in every other VST I have installed.
