Como antiguo participante de LocJAM y alguien en activo con un buen puñado de proyectos a mis espaldas (enlace a mi perfil de LinkedIn), abro este grupo «mentorizado» para los pares de idiomas que menciono en el título. Idealmente es para personas que tengan poca o ninguna experiencia con proyectos reales. Mi idea es, sobre todo, que podáis llegar a resolver algunas cuestiones fundamentales sobre proceso de localización por vosotros mismos. Yo me limitaré —el tiempo no me da para más en esta ocasión __— a hacer sugerencias o recomendaciones y a solventar problemas si es que surgen. Como coordinador (team lead), también me ocuparé de que todo esté correcto y listo para la entrega en tiempo y forma. Intentaremos trabajar como un equipo de localización bien conjuntado, armado (de herramientas) y en perfecto y completo funcionamiento.   

Se me ha ocurrido esta iniciativa porque el típico modelo de la LocJAM es cooperativo, pero, en la realidad, siempre existe esa figura del team lead, sea en el propio equipo de localización o por parte del cliente o agencia que hace el encargo. En muchas ocasiones, ambas figuras.

Para esta edición de la LocJAM, el equipo parte con la participación de la genial Irentrad, otra veterana y compañera de LocJAM que hará la revisión y LQA de español; y con la de Kalinka, nuestra flamante e increíble traductora de inglés/español a noruego. Hacer dos idiomas añade un punto de complejidad y emoción al proyecto también. Que sea noruego, es algo realmente excepcional, en mi opinión. ^^ 

Dicho esto, tenemos estos puestos disponibles:

1. Una persona para traducir de inglés a español de España: María González Collado 

2. Una persona para traducir de inglés a español de España: Edelmutig

3. Una persona para revisar noruego: DISPONIBLE

Si te interesa unirte al grupo, puedes apuntarte abajo. Los puestos se ocuparán por estricto orden de posteo. Esta vez, quiero presentar un poco mis ideales, y es que aunque la traducción sea latino/hispanoamericana, quiero también darle honor al término, así que no querría hacer una traducción 100 % neutra, sino más natural. Nuestras peculiares formas de hablar de distintos países son los que arman y construyen lo que somos y nuestra lengua, y no me gustaría que se viese opacado por neutralidades que solo limitan la creatividad de cada diálogo. Aun así, también soy partícipe de que no hay que ser exclusivos a ningún país, así que también busco mantener la neutralidad dentro de lo que cabe, pero sin limitar como ya he dicho nuestra lengua ni nuestra creatividad.
