A puddle of greenish blue liquid. At just the right angle, a purple shimmer refracts off the surface. No one quite knows how deep the puddle goes. A fresh and familiar smell emanates from it, like an early spring morning.

I'm going to start by dropping a pebble in it and seeing how long it takes to make a sound.

The tunnel ended up really well. Next step is figuring out what to use all this space for.

I suggest we build library in one of the tunnel's branches . Not only we need a place to store our discoveries and knowledge, but also a place we can gather to discuss further actions.

I don't know what kind of crazy world we're in, or if there are even dogs here. But we'll need a loyal animal companion by our side. If we ever encounter a friendly creature, we'll have this home ready for it.

This grassy area to the west of our home looks like a nice place to put it. I'm starting construction!

I propose we build a brand new old flooded house. With state of the art mouldy floorboards, pristine fallen off doors, contemporary peeling wallpaper and all the other fixings a modern soggy old house should have. I'll begin by flooding the picturesque flower field to prepare the work site. Happy building.

I'll kick the study off with the classic scientific practice of sitting for a few hours and staring as hard as I can at the object of study.

Investigations into the runes uncovered in the old tunnel have already begun (woo!) and I'm busting to get stuck in. However, we're lacking equipment and a quiet – or not so quiet, depending on the research project! – space separate from the everyday goings on at [HOME]. Not to mention there's still all that rubble sitting there in a heap outside the tunnel.

As a first step in construction, I'm just moving the rubble down south a little bit and laying out some foundations. At least I think that's what I'm doing. I've never built a building before, and don't actually know how you're supposed to make foundations. This will probably take me at least all day, and I won't be able to get onto anything else myself.

Also, just a note on the location. I picked here so that, when we complete projects, we'll have to pass through [HOME] on our way to deliver our discoveries to the in-progress library (assuming, hoping it gets built).

big bapa had a big belly from all the candy he ate, so naturally, the bookcase's lowest shelf must allow for easy access to bowls of candy, complete with a drawer of "hidden", better candy directly beneath it. Jelly Belly is always, always in stock. had he known how to use the internet, i don't doubt he would have been blessed with @jellybelly themselves following him on twitter

it's a pretty basic house, and doesn't have the best heating system (it has a furnace that needs to have wood added or moved around within it every few hours), so someone will always need to be around to keep the fire going if it gets chilly outside, but it has charm and always has candy in stock

It's not glamourous but with some work we'll be able to fix it up. I'll start by moving all the obviously dangerous debris out of trip hazard range.

is it a warning sign? is it an ice cream cone? is it an ancient relic? 

it's none of those things! it's just a fuschia and yellow cone-shaped mass so let's all agree to be civil about it
