when we open a chest all players shares this items and the gold how can I fix this?

There is a red laser in my game that is constantly killing me on runs and it keeps saying killed by: the planet its happened with a reinstall of the game too. its all happened on the first stage too.

Multiplayer TILER2 Error

Friend and I wanted to play Accretion together. We can invite and join each other, but after about a minute, we receive a TILER2 error. This disconnects the person who joins the host. We tried this by installing all updates for all mods. We tried by ignoring all updates for all mods incase there was an issue with an update. Attached is a picture of the command console, unfortunately it moves way too fast and I cannot scroll back making it difficult to get a good screenshot.

Timely Execution unlock challenge seems unachievable

Unlocking the Timely Execution from mystics requires being damaged by an equipment drone holding a sawmerang. It seems like another mod is preventing this damage, however, causing the challenge to be impossible.

can't pick up items?

I tried playing the enforcer and opened a void potential and a normal chest and I couldn't pick up either of them
