Hello!
This is my first time posting here, but I wanted to share some of the projects I've been working on!
Team Projects
Lately, I’ve been working on a lot of team projects, as well as some solo adventures.
Right now, I’m collaborating with different teams, but I plan to take a break from teamwork next month. I’ll be starting a new course, and I also want to focus more on my own writing and art!
Ever since I joined O2A2 2024 - Visual Novel Jam last year, I’ve been constantly working on visual novels and engaging with the VN community. It’s been an incredible few months—and I’m not exaggerating when I say the visual novel community saved my life. It gave me so much purpose and finally pushed me to work on my social skills.
I’m still terrible at talking to people and reading emotions, and I have a short temper that sometimes leads to frustration with my teammates. But recently, I’ve been managing my emotional outbursts better and improving my communication. At least, I’ve noticed some progress—and it’s all thanks to the VN community and the people in it. I’m far from perfect, but I’m working on myself and hope to become a better person with each step I take.
Okay, enough rambling—let’s talk about what I’m working on!
- Working on a visual novel with Mellowbile (creator of Where He Is King), assisting with coding and offering support wherever needed.
- I’m contributing as a coder for Meiri’s Road Trip Jam project—and we’re wrapping up by the end of this month! I’m beyond excited to finish this one; it’s probably my biggest project so far, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the team and what we’ve created together. Being surrounded by so many talented, creative people has been incredible.
- Okay, okay—enough gushing!
- I joined an awesome team for the Ossan Jam, where I’m coding for a visual novel set to launch by the end of the month. This project is really exciting because I’m working on things I’ve never done before—even with just some simple coding, I’ve already learned so much!
- I recently joined Ozone Interactives as a sprite artist! I'm super excited about this opportunity because I really want to improve my sprite work (and I feel like I've already grown so much these past few months!) and It's nice to just focus purely on art for once - no overthinking, just creating.
I'm hosting clown jam together with Circus of Viv and A. Villarroel, it's been so fun and i'm so excited to see all the projects everyone is cooking!
- Almost there! All assets are complete (massive thanks to our amazing artist, Ryu-san), but final touches and new features are still in progress. Aiming to finish this month!
- Teaming up with my friend and co-owner of Grimrose Studios on a new visual novel—stay tuned for details!
And those are just the team projects! I’m also working on personal ones while honing my writing skills. Writing is my biggest weakness, but it’s the skill I need most to become a fully independent developer. I already have some basics in coding and art, which I can improve over time, but writing is where I struggle the most. This year, I’ll be writing more—and yeah, it’ll be bad at first, but you have to be bad before you can be good.
Personal Projects
Red Like Delilah
- A short Decker project featuring my vampire OC, Delilah. It’ll explore her final days as a human.

Zine
- I’m working on a weekly (or monthly) zine filled with my thoughts on media, nature, myself, and other random things.

Site
-
I’m building a website hosted on Neocities! It’ll include a bunch of stuff and serve as an excuse to dive deeper into CSS and HTML. I can only learn by doing—I’m incapable of studying something unless I’m actively using it.
End
That's what I've been up to this month! Thank you so much for reading and for your support of me and my projects!
See ya next week....or something like that...
