I started by looking at two and three letter words to find a pattern. The one that got my attention was a sequence of a 1-letter word and a 2-letter word. By supposing it to be "I am" I started making guesses for other words, thus finding "my", "and", "can", "me", "the" etc.

Took some time to actually figure out that there was a difference in capitalised letters and also symbols for punctuation. Once that was out of the way it was fast.

Here's my translation of the text (I hardly think it may be wrong or it may have a second key to read it, or it would be embarrassing anyway ahah):

They came from the below, as they
came from the above. No shape, no
