A short story about what sort of challenges everyday little things can be. Help the girl buy milk; be the first not to disappoint her.
The game is a small visual novel, showing either funny abstraction and wordplay or painful psychological episodes. The claim that history is based on real events will be too specific, so it is easier to pretend that it is just a set of abstractions and wordplay.
First of all, this is an artistic manipulation with word and form, only then - a game.
It's difficult to see the world through another's eyes. I could go on about subjectivity and qualia and maya but, to make a long discussion short, it's simply that all of us process the world differently.
As a tame example, rats see color differently from humans. While we can describe the science behind it, there's no way I can actually describe to a human how I experience the world as a result.
For some people the differences are much greater than a simple color palette. We can't really experience someone else's reality. But we can at least try to empathize.
CW: Unreality from the point of view of someone who experiences it, abuse.
