Hello, Aaniin, Tan'si, Boozhoo everyone!

I am very proud to announce that my first official game is over half-way finished! Lights Over the Mountain is an Indigenous Horror TTRPG based on 80's nostalgia and the horrors of the Appalachia Mountains.

Based off of Anishinaabe and Cree teachings,  Lights Over the Mountain takes place in a reality similar to our own where Colonization is nothing but a distant awful dream. Although the area of West Virgina is mostly home to the Cherokee and Shawnee peoples, I did not feel comfortable writing about a culture that is not my own and I have not received teachings in - hence why the game will feature the teachings I have received from the Anishinaabe and Cree peoples of northern Ontario.

Thus far the basic handbook is almost complete with only a few pages left. In additional I will be putting together a Character's Handbook and a 'Entity' Handbook with a DM handbook coming later down the road. Once these handbooks have been fully designed, they will be play-tested among friends and adjusted as needed, and finally the AI-Placeholder art will be replaced with art made by an Indigenous artist before being released for all of you to enjoy!

This game will be 'Pay What You Can' at it's initial release with the following: Basic Manual, Character Manual and Entity Manual. Once it has graduated from it's Beta Release, the game will be available to purchase!
