Nic from tinigames here, I am looking to start a small indie game dev studio and start making games. I have limited coding knowledge and would be happy to learn with someone who has more experience.

Also we are looking for an artist, someone who can do all sorts of art from 2d, pixelart, and possibly 3d as well.

I am not urgently looking for someone in music production or sound design. But I'd I like your work I might consider it.

I want to make cool games that are fun and can make memories in the next and current generation of gamers. If you are interested, the expectations are laid out below:

This is not paid gig up front. This will be a side project in your day to day job or hobbies, we will plan a kickstarter once we have something to show off and a potential trailer. The kickstarter will fund us for the development period and at that time we will discuss pay in detail.

All revenue from the game is likely to be split evenly amongst the team.

As a creative director I will bring concepts to the game but I am very open minded and would be happy for the teams input as well. At the end of the day it isn't my game, it's our game.

If we need to grow beyond the team I have requested we will decide that after the kickstarter.
