Hey everyone!
Just wanted to give you a peek behind the scenes of our journey with "Succubus Island." From the get-go, we decided to kick things off using AI to prototype the game, especially for backgrounds and character designs. Why AI? Well, making games isn't cheap, and we needed a cost-effective way to map out our story and gameplay before diving into full-scale art production.
The setting? We envisioned everything unfolding on a fictional island we've affectionately named "Paradise Island." It's perfect for our game's storyline because we needed distinct locations for our antagonists, and an island setting fit the bill perfectly.
Our plan was always to start with AI-generated assets to streamline our development process. But, as you might guess, every idea we had just kept expanding the project. It's been a wild ride! We're still working hard to refine every detail, aiming to replace those AI-generated placeholders with beautifully crafted artwork by talented artists. Our goal is to create a visually stunning and immersive experience for you all.
We're far from launching the demo , but every day brings us closer. Stay tuned as we continue to shape "Succubus Island" into the game we've dreamed of creating.
