Hey there 👋

What's new?

  • NPCs and Buildings spawned from Player interaction, will have now the same Affiliation ID as the current Player. 
  • The same goes for enemies:


    • They will have other Affiliation ID, different from the Player's ID, and that will make them be from different 'teams'.
    • AI stills doesn't build and train troop. For now, and for testing purposes, there are Player vs computer 1 only. I plan to add more AIs to the map later (computer 2 and computer 3)
  • Both enemies and Player would be able to attack each other (characters and buildings now). 
  • You can check the video below:
  • Small improvements on BP and C++ logic (crash & bugs fixes, optimization, etc.)

What's next? 

There are some improvements on the to-do list, such as:

  • Related with Combat:
    • Changes to UI to be easier to understand which NPC/Building belongs to the Player and which is not.
    • Improve Combat animation to be smooth
    • And add a few sounds/visual effects.
  • Add a new dynamic building (e.g. tower defense)
