7 days remain to crowdfund our CY_BORG compatible zine

Greetings from the weirdos at Champion Tree Publishing

We have been building out a corner of the CY_BORG TTRPG setting that focuses on the noisy and grimy world of struggling musicians with strange and unusual talents; pvnks indebted to no-one but their sonic idols and their dealer, fighting the odds on the street while pulverizing the eardrums of corporate A&R. The Drug-Addled Riff Wretch is a new kind of class for CY_BORG that offers a unique advancement system, three variations on a core class, a slew of new auditory powers and related wares and effects for any player looking to shred their way to the most rarefied livecast in the negacity - the NEON BOARD.

We’ve had a Kickstarter going for most of February; we wanted to use ZineQuest as an opportunity to test the waters for crowdfunding a print run of our work for the first time, and we’ve met our goal!. That’s right, we’re definitely printing this thing (as well as producing a compiled print of the two Mörk Borg supplements we made in the last couple years which you can download PWYW here on itch). We’re having a lot of fun and are really psyched to have a physical book to share and we’re hoping to get it in front of as many eyeballs as possible (hence this random promo on itch). This is the final week of the funding campaign, so if you’re interested, check out the project as soon as you can >>> https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/championtree/the-drug-addled-riff-wretch

And let us know if you have feedback, we’re happy to chat or answer questions. This is the first time we’re trying for crowdfunding and producing a physical zine, and it’s definitely been a learning experience. Even though we have a lot to learn in terms of promoting a project in the TTRPG community, we’re confident that the final product is going to be cool and will stand on its own merits! Thanks for listening, may your sabbaths be black, and here’s a taste of some art for your time…
