From the desk of the Majicrafter.

I have started a second project called "BEYOND THE END" which is a scifi survival horror game set in the ruins if a post-apocalyptical hell scape, exploring ruins for critical supplies, avoiding dangerous pitfalls, nightmarish monsters, savages and with few strange and mysterious encounters to navigate. This is relative to Starlight - The Black Bird Tales because once I get BEYOND THE END in a beta state (which is in a private alpha now.), Starlight is heading back to the shop to get the new treatment.

What's different?
I have a proper road map this time. I am building the levels, then populating those levels with stories and encounters,

What's it the private alpha?
This is a point and click game. You'll be using your mouse to explore the map and it's areas, as well as find hidden items and way-points to new areas. You collect items necessary to your end game and survival. There has been A LOT done, mostly in terms of level building and coding. CAREFULLY organized code, so I can plug in pieces later if I should desire.  As it is, there are over 19 areas and each has various sub areas for exploration.  There is a lot of art. More art in this one already than I think I used in The Black Bird Tales

Here is a sneak peak of one of the baddies, "Oblivireta' a mechanical spider queen whose nano-factory permits her to quickly generate and weaponize small 'baby robot spiders'  against you. That. And lasers. She just might be one of the toughest fights in the whole game.

I have a working inventory system, exploration system, story system and encounter system. All very expandable. So you won't just get a freaky horror tale but a better Black Bird Tales too with MORE content.

The Black Bird Tales is a free download, but every 2 dollars inspires me to keep coding. So c'mon! Keep me inspired!:) Because you are GONNA LOVE "Beyond the End"!
