In La Peste Noire, our player is a plague doctor who is part of an organization who wants to “cure” a bunch of peasants to help stop a disease. The disease makes you delusional and strong. You go on an adventure to unravel the mystery of the spread of this disease. The player must kill hordes of infected people since there is no cure for these infected people. Another doctor organization believes that there is "cure" and tries to stop the player from killing. Therefore, they become your enemies and at the end of all these hard battles the player himself becomes infected. Now we become delusional ourselves and the organization who was with us now wants to kill us.
