PROBLEM:
Our initial UI element for skipping cutscenes provided players with information on the key they needed to press. However, it wasn't immediately apparent that holding down the key was necessary to initiate the skip. This led to confusion among players, interrupting the flow of the game and, at times, causing frustration.
SOLUTION:
To address this issue, we've implemented a more intuitive and visually engaging solution. The updated UI element now consists of a circular indicator with the corresponding key displayed prominently within it. When players press and hold the designated key, a radial slider fills around the circle. The slider visually represents the progress towards skipping the cutscene.
