His name was undertale spammer or something like that

His account was taken down by moderators about a month ago and he spammed into conversations so much that it makes a real spam company look like it’s worthy of winning the oscars

He’s deleted now so don’t worry about him

If he does come back, keep an eye of him then, but that’s not the case.
