Release date of version 0.4.9 

The update 0.4.9 will be released on the 23rd of this month for some patrons and on the 28th for the public. 

I was planning to release it at the beginning of this month, but due to some personal health problems I had to postpone. (I am getting better now, so you guys don't have to worry.)
