Ishid-(god)O(t)-Matic : "almost" done !

Hi everyone,

after some time wandering and messing around lost in some limbo trying to understand and fix some of the code I've made before, I'm finally out of the dark and get some light.

I've modified the tile structure to have an untouched, kept border (made of a simple bevel in the dummy tile set I use) so modulate only change the background color of the tile, which gives a little better look:


Soon, I'll completely get rid of this modulate stuff in order to have fully distinct tiles set, the memory cost won't be so high and the benefit will worth it (fully custom painted tiles using even custom colors instead of the base six only).

The whole game and menu are pretty much done, there are a few things to add still:

  • sound effects (almost completed),
  • high score management,
  • better scenes transition,
  • bonus score,
  • special effects (for now just four tiles match animation),
  • add some more settings (highlight mode at least, almost completed too),
  • two players game (later tournament),
  • translations (first French with English as default language, then maybe more) if you are fluent in any language you would like to see in the game, please let me know. I'll have to put sentences and words out of the place they are to have easy translation for anyone who want to contribute,
  • fixing a few little issues here or there,
  • clean-up, clean-up and clean-up,
  • polishing,
  • add some kind of tutorial,
  • ...

Visual assets are not on the list, because I have some one working on it and I will get a lot more better look "soon".
